The most luxurious New York club opens in Milan ... CORE

The Core Italy office will open in the shadow of the dome of San Carlo.


The club was founded in 2005 by Jennie and Dangene Enterprise, between Fifth Avenue and Park Avenue. The Italian office will open in Corso Matteotti 14, in a historic building of 4000 square meters.

Currently, the property is being restored by Milanese architects, M2 Atelier.

Equipped with a hidden courtyard and multiple terraces, it hides secret spaces inside that can add an unprecedented dimension to the Milanese way of life, both for its members and for their guests.

The project had already been launched in 2020, but has since remained on hold due to the pandemic.

The club is expected to open its doors next May 2023.

Members will have access to a range of suites, collections of artists, starred chefs, private theater and cinema and a library.

In addition, they will be able to take advantage of a cultural program of 250 events a year, from LaChapelle talks to private screenings with George Clooney and Nicole Kidman.

The registration fee will cost about 5 thousand euros, to which the annual fee must be added, also of 5 thousand euros.

600 members will be admitted, of which 30% will be Milanese, another 30% will come from all over the rest of Italy, 30% European and 10% from the rest of the world. Of course, the New York members will also be Milan members.

Members will be selected from thirteen professional categories: architecture and design, art, banking and finance, biotechnology and healthcare, business, fashion and beauty, hospitality and cuisine, media and entertainment, real estate, science and university, retail, sports and technology. .
